These 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies are a fall favorite! While I personally prefer the Pumpkin Spice Weight Watchers Muffins they are super moist compared to the cookies the kids love the cookies more.   Personally, I am on the My WW Blue Plan, but they will work with the My WW Green Plan and My WW Purple plan, but the points are the same on all three plans.  (I have included affiliate links to products I love. I mean how much easier than two ingredients can you get? Pumpkin has quickly become Kylie's favorite obsession Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Spice Bars, pumpkin spice hot chocolate, and that is just the beginning so far.  Plus since it's just a cake mix and can of pumpkin it is low in Weight Watchers Smart Points.

2 Ingredient Weight Cookies Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 15 oz Can Of Pumpkin

How To Make 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together spice cake and pumpkin the batter will be very thick and can be hard to stir together I also used a spatula to scrape the bowl as well.

Scoop onto cookie sheet!! I use a cookie scoop to do it (You can get one -> here) to make the cookie shapes and to keep them uniform.

Bake for about 8-12 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool.

Now I made 31 cookies out of my batch, I waited to plug it in the recipe builder to figure out the points.  My batch since it made 31 cookies works out to 2 Weight Watchers Smartpoints a piece.

The points will be the same on the Green Plan, Blue Plan, And Purple plan as well.

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 10 minutes

Total Time 15 minutes

  • 1 Box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 Can 15 Ounce Pumpkin
